Morocco 1986 Online Store has coverage throughout Colombia with delivery time between 4 to 30 business days through Servientrega or another transport company. Unless unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances arise, we will send your order listed in the Order or Purchase Confirmation within the period mentioned above and detailed below (see estimated delivery time table), in any case the maximum delivery time is 30 days from the date of Purchase or Order Confirmation.

The delivery time begins counting from the moment the purchase confirmation is received via email. Yes, payment is by Credit/Debit card due to the data approval process it may take one business day.

On weekends and holidays, delivery time begins on the next business day.

If the product is found defective, fill out the field in the transport guide's observations and immediately contact the customer service line.

Our commitment is to comply with delivery times, therefore if you are not present to receive it on the day your order arrives, the carrier will be authorized to leave it at the gate of the indicated address. We know how important it is to you and that you wouldn't like to wait until the next opportunity to receive it.

At Morocco Colombian Leather SAS we want your order to arrive within the agreed period. Likewise, if you are not there to receive it on the day of delivery, the carrier will be authorized to leave it at the gate. If for any reason your order is not delivered, we will contact you to notify you of any news, but if we have made 3 notifications and we are unable to contact you within 7 days of the original date, the money will be returned.
